Storm Warning: TS Elsa

Tropical Storm Elsa will impact the western side of the Florida peninsula this week. While Elsa is not expected to regain hurricane status, it does remain a dangerous storm.


Even if wind damage is limited, Elsa will at a minimum temporarily disrupt fuel resupplies into Florida as vessels who supply fuel into the port of Tampa will be forced to seek shelter elsewhere.
